Recently, facing the evolution of 2019-nCoV acute
respiratory disease, a great number of urgent actions have been implemented by
governments, health authorities, airlines, etc. to prevent and control the disease.
Vietjet has been proactive, pioneered in disease prevention
and control, taken initiative in operation to ensure safety for passengers and
staff.
Vietjet has taken the initiative in supporting passengers and successfully transported all passengers between China and Vietnam before the decision to stop operating the routes to/from China on February 1, 2020. Dozens of additional flights have been done very urgently with the efforts of all departments in applying for flight permits, notifying to customers and working closely with aviation authorities, health authorities, quarantine agencies at airports, etc. Vietjet is proud to be the only airline among 126 ones in the world which has operated routes to/from China in time to "rescue" all our passengers.
Valued customers are ensured absolute safety because the
aviation industry and Vietjet applies the highest international standards of the
World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Air Transport Association
(IATA) in disease prevention with the participation and under strict control of
airport authorities, health authorities and customs to ensure safety for
aircraft and health of passengers as well as flight crews, cabin crews, etc.
In disease prevention, keeping calm, being well-informed and
careful in every single action individually also create success for the whole
community. Vietjet would like to thank our customers who have been accompanying
